Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are always cheerful and extremely helpful. Have always been able to see a doctor on the same day if I have needed to. Have never felt rushed either. Prescriptions are always dispensed quickly, even repeat ones.

I have been registered with the surgery for a number of years and have always received good service. The Doctors, Nurses and Reception Staff are helpful and patient and I always seem to be able to get an appointment within a reasonable lenght of time. When I have needed to see a Doctor or Nurse urgently I have been fitted in. The in-house dispensary is a great assett as there are no chemists in the area and the repeat prescription service works well. I order one day and pick up the next. Text reminders for appointments are very helpful too. I have expeerienced some difficulty using the online service but am hopeful that, with the new website, those issues have now been resolved. Keep up the good work!

Doctors are really excellent and so are the rest of the staff so kind and helpful. If we have needed to see a doctor we have been able to see one . Even if we have phoned and ask to speak to a doctor they have always phoned us back .every one always so helpful and friendly .The best surgery thanks everyone

While visiting a consultant friend in the Midlands, he advised that my wife go immediately to her doctor because of the ongoing infection in her leg. On returning the same day we visited the surgery with an emergency situation, this being the continued infection from the original cellulitis infection. The receptionist was excellent in caring and manner, making an appointment possible within ten minutes. Dr Gardener was most caring with the original infection and again this time. What was so reassuring, when mentioning that the consultant friend recommended a certain antibiotic, Dr Gardener did not react negatively, but still showed his kind and considerate manner, a modest and commendable attitude, one that you can relate to. The nurse has always been helpful and considerate also. Thank you all for your ongoing assistance.
